SANDEEP NARVEKAR
Founder & CEO
A visionary leader with over two decades of experience in real estate and hospitality. After successfully delivering multiple development projects across Maharashtra, he transitioned into boutique hospitality by acquiring and operating hotels in Goa. Sandeep founded De Soul Santé to build soulful, sustainable spaces rooted in personal well-being. A certified yoga teacher, he brings a deep passion for conscious living and experiential travel.
CHETANA NARVEKAR
Co-Founder & CHRO
A seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience across banking and insurance. She has led diverse roles in accounting, client servicing, sales development, and team management. At De Soul Santé, she oversees finance, HR, and compliance, playing a key role in shaping the company’s culture and internal systems. She is also driving the group’s long-term vision, including its path toward an SME IPO.
ABHAY PARAB
Projects & Compliance Director
Abhay brings a wealth of expertise in development, regulatory affairs, and compliance management, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our hospitality projects from inception to completion. With a robust background in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and aligning project milestones with local and international compliance standards, they ensure that each initiative not only meets but exceeds legal, environmental, and operational benchmarks.

Corporate Director
A seasoned hospitality professional with 10+ years of experience across top brands like The Oberoi Group, IHG, and Radisson. Nipun oversees operations, legal, and strategic planning at De Soul Santé. Known for his sharp operational acumen and negotiating strength, he drives key partnerships and ensures alignment with the brand’s long-term vision.
ALISHA AHIWALE
Reservations & OTA Manager
With a strong hospitality background and prior experience at brands like Taj and The Hosteller, Alisha brings hands-on expertise in managing reservations and OTA platforms. She plays a key role in optimising online presence and guest conversions, with a growing focus on revenue insights and channel performance.
